1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shippee's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

Shippee provides domestic and international shipping services. Service availability, delivery times, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user.

3. Prohibited Items

You may not ship dangerous goods, illegal items, firearms, hazardous materials, or any items prohibited by applicable law or carrier regulations. Full prohibited items list is available on request.

4. Liability

Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to £50 unless additional insurance is purchased at booking. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking unless you have a business account with invoicing terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
